These Terms of Use apply to all use of this website, operated by Laurenz Kunzemann ("LXNZ"), including the purchase of digital products offered in the Shop and any services requested through the contact form.

By using this website, purchasing a product, or submitting a project inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Digital products such as Serum presets and sample packs are sold for use in your own music productions, personal or commercial.

Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the raw preset or sample files themselves — individually or as part of a competing product, sample pack or preset pack.

Using sounds created with these presets or samples within your own finished music releases is permitted and does not require additional licensing.

Digital products are delivered electronically (a download link or file, sent by email or provided directly after purchase). No physical goods are shipped.

Purchases of paid digital products are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment, applicable tax and invoicing on behalf of LXNZ.

Lemon Squeezy's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment process itself.

For digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once delivery has begun, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal where required by law.

Inquiries submitted through the contact form — for example web design, development, music production or sound design — are non-binding requests for a quote.

A binding agreement for services is only formed once both parties have explicitly agreed on scope, price and timeline, typically by separate written confirmation such as email.

These Terms of Use describe the general relationship between LXNZ and its clients; they do not replace a separate project agreement where one is made.

All music, audio, images, graphics, text, code and other content on this website remain the property of Laurenz Kunzemann unless otherwise stated — see the Imprint for further copyright details.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a license to use it as described in Section 2. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying files to you.

This website and its digital products are provided on an "as is" basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate and products functional, no guarantee is given that files are free of errors or compatible with every DAW, plugin version or system configuration.

Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, except where liability arises from injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory statutory provisions such as product liability law.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, products or applicable law. The version published on this page at the time of a purchase or inquiry applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
