LXNZ currently offers digital products such as Serum presets, sample packs and other downloadable music-production content.

Because these products are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once the digital product has been delivered and the applicable legal requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have been fulfilled.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

For consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable statutory rules remain unaffected.

For immediately delivered digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire once the digital delivery has begun, provided that the customer has expressly consented to the immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal where required by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem or provide the product again.

Minor differences in sound resulting from different versions of Serum, DAW settings, effects, presets or individual production setups do not by themselves constitute a technical defect.
