The Concept

Casual Day is a first-person psychological horror game, built alone in Unity. There's no team and no publisher behind it — just one environment at a time, built, lit and tested until it holds up.

Atmosphere & Lighting

Each location gets its own lighting pass and layout — the Industrial Area leans into harsher, colder light than the Apartment or Police Office, so the game's spaces don't start to blur together.

Process

How It's Being Built

  1. 01

    Design

Designing and building each environment scene by scene in Unity.

  2. 02

    Light

Setting up lighting, atmosphere and level layout per location.

  3. 03

    Iterate

Handling development solo — environment, systems and pacing all in one hand.

Still in development, with no release date yet. This page will grow as more of it gets built.
